- Only shoes purchased on goodyearfootwearusa.com should be returned to our warehouse.
- If you purchased Goodyear shoes at a retailer or online store other than goodyearfootwearusa.com, returns should go that retailer.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order, should you want a different color, size or style.
