RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your footwear, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be unworn and in original packaging, including all tags.
We currently cannot process exchanges. If you would like to change your purchase to a different size, style, or color you must place another order and return your original purchase for a refund.
We can only accept returns of footwear directly purchased for GoodyearFootwearUSA.com. If you purchased your footwear from a retailer, please return to your local retail location.
We will provide pre-paid USPS Return Labels through the return label generator located at the bottom of this page. There is a $6.50 charge for the use of this label that will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to create your own shipping label or use a different shipping service, returns should be sent to the following address:

If you believe your Goodyear Footwear is defective, please contact customer care with your order number.
If you have received the wrong order, please contact customer care with your order number and we will be able to assist you.
Goodyear employees should contact customer care with their employee emails for all inquiries.
Returns from Alaska and Hawaii should contact customer care to use one of our pre-paid return labels.
