RETURN POLICY:
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase except the product(s) which are final sale. Products on final sale may not be returned or exchanged. The product(s) must be unworn and in its original packaging, complete with all tags intact.
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to change the size, style, or color of your purchase, please place a new order and return the original item(s) for a refund.
We only accept returns for products bought directly in our store. If you bought purchased from a retailer, please return your purchase to the retail store.
- If you suspect your products are defective, please reach out to customer care with your order number. For incorrect orders, contact customer care with your order number for assistance.
- Goodyear employees should use their employee emails to contact customer care for all inquiries.
- Customers from Alaska and Hawaii can contact customer care to use one of our pre-paid return labels.
PROCESS YOUR RETURN:
To initiate your return and receive a pre-paid return label, please click the "Start Return Process" button below. Enter your email address and order number to identify your order.
Follow the on-screen instructions to generate and print the return shipping label. Please use the original shipping box to return your order.
Please note: A $6.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost associated with the pre-paid return label.
