Shipping Information
Orders will be processed in our warehouse typically 24 – 48 hours from the time the order is placed on our website. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time, or on weekends or holidays, will not be processed until the next business day.
- Quoted Transit Times count the day after the carrier picked up the shipment, and do not include standard processing time of 24 – 48 hours before the carrier picks up a shipment.
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
- Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.
- Occasionally orders may arrive in separate shipments.
